The courtyard garden is the hidden gem of our hotel, ideal for chilling out, concentrating on a good book, or cooling off in the pool during the warmer months. Truly, the green areas of our hotel are designed to provide peace and tranquillity, against the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Presided over by the estate’s wonderful original facade, our courtyard has a solarium area with deck chairs as well as a small terrace to enjoy our exquisite breakfasts and lunches.

The Wellness services offered at L´Avenida include a wide and varied range of Kama Ayurveda massages and therapeutic treatments to enhance your stay.

We offer a selection of spa treatments including reflexology, aromatherapy massages, manicures and pedicures with exclusive products as well as sports massages. Guests who intensely enjoy hiking in the indescribable landscape surrounding Sóller will find the latter type of massage an ideal reward.

Our Wellness offer at L’Avenida includes a micro gym for cardiovascular training with a small set of FFIT-TECH professional equipment.

The machinery we have includes a treadmill, a stationary bike and suspension equipment as well as a selection of toning and stretching accessories. Plus, when using the gym, we provide you with bottled water and towels for training.

Swedish massage is the manipulation of the superficial layers of the muscles against the bone; it relaxes the body, increases circulation, removes metabolic waste products, and can help you obtain a feeling of connectedness.

Aromatherapy Massage

A holistic experience based on the application of carefully blended essential oils in a nourishing vegetable base using lymphatic and pressure point massage techniques to maintain and promote physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes - 80 €
An experience recommended for those really tense, knotted and painful areas. Using a variety of muscle release techniques, the therapist will work within your pleasure/pain threshold to release and relax chronic tension.

Indian Head Massage

40 minutes - 65 €
This ancient experience relaxes, tones and eases muscle tension in the neck, head scalp and shoulders. It also aids in the elimination of toxins by stimulating circulation, creating a positive energy flow through the chakras leaving you in a state of tranquillity and peace.
